Aluminum Composite Panel (APC) is a building material made of a combination of aluminum plates and composite materials. This material is a flat panel made of polyethylene (PE) and coated with aluminum on both sides.
Aluminum composite panel sheet itself is a sheet that is stiff and strong but has a relatively light weight. Usually this building material is used to coat the exterior or interior walls of buildings. Even though it is made of aluminum, you don't need to be afraid that the ACP panel will rust.
Advantages of ACP
More resistant to fire, because ACP is made of polyethylene core material or fire rated mineral core which is coated with aluminum. Flexible and easy to apply to buildings. ACP can be cut, bent, folded, drilled, either with conventional tools or using special tools.
ACP Decobond varies in thickness from 2 mm to 4 mm making it suitable for retail purposes such as aluminum kitchen sets to signage, while the standard ACP Decobond size is 1,220 mm x 4,880 mm and can be customized upon request.
